We follow State Licensing guidelines with a low teacher to child ratio and our classrooms and staff meet all the guidelines required by the State of California.
Carolyn Mendoza Director
Carolyn began working for Kidz Academy in 2013 after working with children for over 5 years. She became our director in January of 2015. Carolyn enjoys working with young children and is passionate about the work she does each day.
Vanessa Grijalva Room 1 Infant Teacher
Vanessa started working with Kidz Academy since the beginning of July, 2018 and is loving every moment of it. Vanessa is our Room 1 infant teacher and enjoys every aspect of working with our infants. She is caring, nurturing and passionate about the work she does !
Pujan Bista Room 2 Teacher
Miss Pujan started working with kidz academy since February 2018 and is enjoying room 2 very much. Miss Pujan is a very kind and nurturing person and the children just love her. She is great with our children and we are very happy to have her as a team member at Kidz Academy.
Stephanie Ariza Room 2 Teacher
Stephanie started with Kidz Academy in November, 2016 and was our Room 2 teacher. In 2017 she then became the room 1 teacher and worked with our infants. Stephanie is currently the second teacher in room 2. Stephanie is caring and nurturing to all our children and the families that she works with. Stephanie has an associates degree in Child Development.
Miss Jennifer Room 3 Head Teacher
Miss Jennifer is our newest member of our team she began working with Kidz Academy in the beginning of June. She is kind, patient and loving with our two year old’s to three year old’s. Miss Jennifer enjoys creating a curriculum that the children can explore hands on as well as express themselves as they wish. We are lucky to have miss Jennifer apart of our team.
Miss Nilima Room 3 Teachers aide
Miss Nilima is our room 3 teachers aide. She truly enjoys spending time with our Room 3 kids and helping out with art. Miss Nilima is kind, energetic and patient with each and every child that she is working with.
Miss Siva Room 1, 2,3,4 Floater Teacher/Breaker
Miss Siva is currently our Breaker and Floater Teacher. She helps where help is needed and helps with breaks and lunches.
Diana Mendoza Room 4 Teacher and Assistant Director
Diana is the head teacher in our Preschool classroom and works very hard to meet the needs of every individual in her class. She also works closely with the families to help each of her children in her class be prepared to enter kindergarten. Diana is also the assistant director and assists the center director when needed. Diana pursued a career in child care after getting her associates degree in psychology, realizing that child care is where she belongs. ” The best part about being a teacher is when the children rally around you and hug you continually throughout the day it truly makes my day. I love being a part of my children’s growth and development it is truly rewarding.”
Miss Mary Cook
Miss Mary is our current cook who loves making delicious food for all our children. She enjoys cooking and seeing the children smiling. She truly loves all the children at Kidz Academy !
